Our Host Teams exist to create open, welcoming environments for all of our guests. Whether it's by greeting someone at the door, driving a golf cart in the parking lot, or helping someone find a seat in the Auditorium, you are showing everyone who walks into the church that they are so welcome here! 

We exist to introduce people to the real Jesus through spiritual, relational, and practical next steps. We help people get connected to the life and community of the church, find a place to belong, and take steps in their discipleship journey. We have opportunities for you to serve monthly through our Next Move and Baptism Teams, weekly through our Connect and Care Teams, or as a Small Group Leader! 

Our goal in Kids on the Move is to introduce kids to the real Jesus at each phase of life by telling the story of Jesus and bringing the Bible to life. You can be a part of this mission by serving in a classroom or by welcoming families as they enter the building. We serve families with newborns all the way through 5th grade. 

We believe a key part of spiritual formation is gathering in community to learn and challenge one another and our Groups Volunteers help make this happen. This team is crucial in making sure our Small and Midsize Groups run smoothly. Serving opportunities include admin tasks, set up and tear down, and more!

We take seriously our responsibility to disciple the next generation because our God asks us to. We have opportunities for everyone to get involved, whether you can serve on the weekends with our 6th-8th graders in JHi, or on Wednesday nights where you can serve on our check-in or cafe teams, play basketball with students in the game room, or become a high school small group leader, and more! 

The early years of adulthood are crucial in a person’s spiritual formation! Our goal at COTM YA is to provide an authentic community where they feel loved, heard, and cared for while they are navigating this season of their lives. We meet every Monday night for service and offer different dinner parties throughout the month. Our YA leaders help create a welcoming environment in our parking lot, lobby, and auditorium on Mondays and provide mentorship through hosting monthly dinner parties. If you are a young adult or want to mentor young adults, COTM YA is a great place to serve!

These teams are essential to the church being able to carry out effective ministry, and we would love to have you join us! Whether you are administratively minded or like a more hands on experience, we have a place for you. We have opportunities for data entry, office work, weekend housekeeping, other facility-related needs, and more! 

Our men’s ministry is an opportunity to help men get to know each other and grow in community. Serving opportunities for our monthly Brotherhood events could include room set up, leading conversation at a table, operating the merch table, or hosting and serving food. If you are passionate about men having a space for authentic community and growth, this serving opportunity might be for you.

The heart of our women's ministry is to empower ladies to live authentically, show up whole-heartedly, and step out courageously. If this mission speaks to your heart, this may be the team for you! Serving opportunities include event planning and support, hospitality, hosting, decorating, and more.

Be a part of bringing Church on the Move services to two local prisons: Dr. Eddie Warrior Correctional Center (women's) and Dick Conner Correctional Center (men's). When serving with our God Behind Bars team, your time could be spent helping set up the chapel, greeting people as they come in, serving on the prayer team, and more. Our goal is to make sure that people feel loved and know that there is hope through Jesus. This serving opportunity takes place on Saturdays.

We are hands-on, boots on the ground partners with local nonprofits that are making a big difference in education, incarceration rates, adoption & foster care, and developing our communities! You can be a part of this through leading one of our ongoing outreach opportunities or First Saturday Serves. We also have churches in two area prisons where we partner with God Behind Bars to bring COTM services to the inmates.
