Ice Skating for a Cause! This Love Day, we're bringing the joy of Christmas in July to life with a special event that gives back! We're partnering with The Spring, an emergency shelter that supports those escaping domestic violence and human trafficking.
To help The Spring stock up on much-needed supplies, we're hosting an ice-skating event where admission is a donation! Instead of buying a ticket, simply bring one or more of the following items:

City Lights has a goal to bring hope, dignity, and restoration through relationships to our homeless community underneath a bridge here in downtown Tulsa. For this project, we will serve a hot meal, bring out tables and chairs for sitting and meeting, and then working multiple stations with different resources for our friends. Location: Maybelle Avenue and Reconciliation Way. Parking is available in the lot just west of Iron Gate off of Archer. Orientation starts at 6:30PM and the event should wrap up before 9PM.

This team cares for the plants and flower beds by proactively applying mulch or fertilizer as well as assessing general plant needs. No need to be a plant whisperer. If you desire to be outside and among friends we have a spot for you. Fostering healthy community is our priority. If you have a green thumb and love to help and inform then you will fit right in. Isaiah 58 ministries is a safe haven for life change, forgiveness, healing and transformation. They provide the tangible in order to build relationships and introduce people to Jesus. We will work with this local ministry to serve fixed income adults. We want to serve by mowing, weeding, remove filling holes and removing railroad ties. The West campus 180 students are taking on a project at the John 3:16 Mission's Family & Youth Center. Students from West and their families are welcome to sign up!

John 3:16 Mission ministers to those experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness, by offering Christ-centered solutions for Tulsans who need hope. The John 3:16 Mission Family Youth Center will be holding an 8-week summer literacy/vacation bible school camp for at-risk north Tulsa kids and teenagers. The facility and grounds will need a refresh midway of the camp.

You will help deep clean the Family Youth Center inside, including classrooms, bathrooms, etc. Spruce up the outside grounds and reset the playground. This will be midway through Summer Kids Camp and the facility will need a good cleaning by then!

The Refuge is John 3:16 Mission’s largest campus. This campus is where they facilitate a 12-month residential recovery programs for men and women. They also provide on-site counseling, mentoring, life skills training, work readiness, Bible studies and more! We want to help their facilities and grounds look it's best for guests and students to enjoy while they are on the road to recovery! It's located on 150 beautiful acres and is home to a working farm and ranch, both of which supply food for their kitchens and work experience for the recovery students.

For our serve, we will deep clean the Women's & Men's Centers, do some outside work on our grounds, and for those of you who enjoy gardening, we need help with projects like weeding, removing rocks, and planting. The address is 575 N 39th West Ave and will work from 9am - 11am.

We will be hosting a chapel service at the Shelter. All of the following positions will give each volunteer the opportunity for personal interactions and prayer: greeting, check-in, bag checks or ushering guests to their seats.

We would love to help out a family in need. This project will be general yard clean up, trimming bushes, cleaning gutters, and if possible we're looking for a power washer to wash the siding, patio and driveway. We are excited to support the Little Light House by hosting them and their families as they graduate dozens of amazing kids on Friday, July 18. Little Light House is designed to help children and families overcome limitations and grow in confidence. They have helped thousands of kids improve their speech, physical, perceptual, and sensory integration skills while providing education and support to the parents. We want to create a welcoming and loving atmosphere for the amazing staff and families who are connected to the Little Light House. We'll be partnering with COTM West location to help with projects all over the ranch, including mowing and landscaping, cleaning up the barn, and working pole saws and chain saws. There will be projects available that all ages can join in on. Tulsa Hills Youth Ranch exists to bring healing to the brains of traumatized youth and hope to their caregivers, and seeks to provide a welcoming place for kids to feel loved, accepted and heard through a purposeful relationship with a mentor. For 104 years, Tulsa Boys' Home has provided the highest quality residential care for struggling boys and helped them turn their lives around. The Tulsa Boys' Home's passionate staff and professional counselors work closely with every individual boy to guide him to receive healing and become a respectful, responsible young man.

This Love Day, we’re hitting the streets of Broken Arrow—not with signs or sermons, but with lawnmowers, weed eaters, and servant hearts. Our mission? To help our neighbors by cutting grass, trimming weeds, and cleaning up yards—bringing beauty, dignity, and compassion to our city, one home at a time.

It’s more than mowing lawns. It’s making Kingdom impact where people live, reminding them that they are seen, valued, and not alone.

Weed eating and edging along sidewalks and driveways
Raking leaves, picking up trash, and clearing brush
Engaging with residents, offering prayer, and sharing encouragement

Why We Serve:
Galatians 5:13 says, “Serve one another humbly in love.” Every blade of grass cut, every weed pulled, is an act of obedience and compassion. We’re not just doing yardwork—we’re stewarding a vision of revival through kindness.

What to Bring:
Lawn equipment (mowers, weed eaters, rakes, gloves, etc.)

A heart ready to work hard and love well

Let’s turn yards into testimonies!

On Love Day, we’ll roll up our sleeves and head out to serve the amazing staff and students at Berryhill Schools through a variety of meaningful projects that will beautify and improve their campus. Whether you’re handy with tools or just willing to lend a hand, there’s a place for everyone. Projects will include:

Refreshing flower beds and landscaping
Cleaning up school grounds
Painting
A construction project in the wrestling room (demo and rebuild)
And several other small but impactful tasks!

We’ll provide some tools, but if you have the following, please bring them along: gloves, rakes, loppers, shovels, hammers, prybars and brooms. If you're a carpenter, tradesperson, or have construction experience, we especially need your skills (and tools) for one of our key projects!

We'll kick off the day at 8:00am with a rally at Church on the Move’s West Campus, then head out to the worksite by 9:00am to get started.

🛒 Love Day: Grocery Drive for McKinney-Vento — Feeding Hope for Families in Transition

This Love Day, we’re partnering with the McKinney-Vento Program to fill their pantry shelves with essential groceries for families and children experiencing homelessness or housing instability in our community.
These students are part of the Broken Arrow School District and are walking through some of life’s toughest seasons. With your help, we can make sure that every family has access to food, dignity, and hope.

Refuge Tulsa has a vision to lead people to the heart of Jesus through practical discipleship that supports families as they navigate marriage, parenting, and overcoming trauma through counseling and other supports. They recently acquired a building in West Tulsa, which will soon serve as the hub for their ministry.

To prepare the space for all that God has in store, the property needs some attention. On Love Day, we’ll come together to landscape, remove carpet, and take on some light demo work to get the building ready for ministry.

Bring any tools or equipment that could be helpful—gloves, shovels, hammers, crowbars, wheelbarrows, wire cutters or pliers, etc.—along with a great attitude and a readiness to serve and have fun!
